Job Summary

Own on-site brand representation and event execution for Firestone Walker by running pouring stations, educating attendees, and ensuring brand standards while coordinating with the Field Marketing Manager and sourcing local influencer opportunities.

  • Field Execution: set up, pour tastings, engage attendees, and educate on Firestone Walker products at events.
  • Operations & Logistics: manage equipment transport, on-site maintenance, and breakdowns, with monthly check-ins to the Field Marketing Manager.
  • Engagement & Outreach: identify local influencers and support account promotions to extend reach.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain general brewing and brand knowledge of specific Firestone Walker brewing information and brands
  • Assist and run off-site events in areas where Firestone Walker beer is sold or brands are represented as assigned by the Field Marketing Manager
  • Secure and transport beer, retail, or event equipment to and from event sites
  • Set up, break down and clean pouring stations at event sites
  • Pour beer tastings while engaging and educating consumers at events
  • Understand basic maintenance of event equipment that is utilized
  • Understand and be able to answer basic questions about general beer knowledge, Firestone Walker products and brands, and the company itself
  • Ensure FW brand standards are followed at all events
  • Assist with account promotions as needed
  • Help identify local influencers within assigned region

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with prior experience and knowledge in marketing, branding, and draft operations.
  • Some prior experience working and/or planning events and pouring beer.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Responsible Beverage Service certification.
  • Documentation showing you are legally able to drive.
  • Extremely friendly and outgoing. Ability to appeal to consumers and convince them why they should buy our product.
  • Strong organizational skills, and solid decision-making skills. Ability to manage and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel for events.
