Position Overview:

As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent our brand through direct, face-to-face engagement. Your primary focus will be building relationships, increasing brand awareness, and helping new customers get started with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the brand with professionalism and confidence in daily interactions
• Engage with potential customers in business and residential environments
• Clearly explain products, services, and current offerings
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Generate new customer accounts and meet performance goals
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and results
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve outreach strategies

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus (not required)
• Comfortable working face-to-face with customers in various settings
