Own field retail presence for Nerd Bar across a territory, turning in-store activation, relationships, and product education into a visible and real-time feedback loop.

In-store visits and relationship building with budtenders and staff to lift displays and promotions.
Collect real-time product feedback and inventory cues to influence restock and prioritization.
Coordinate vendor days and merchandising programs to boost visibility and share market insights with leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct regular in-store visits to dispensaries within assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with budtenders, managers, and store staff
Educate retail teams on Nerd Bar product features, hardware technology, and brand positioning
Support and execute vendor days, pop-ups, and in-store promotions
Increase brand visibility through merchandising support and display placement
Collect real-time feedback from stores on product performance and customer response
Track and report store visits, engagement, and promotional activity
Identify reorder opportunities and communicate low-inventory alerts to management
Represent Nerd Bar professionally at all times
Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and market trends
