Responsibilities

• Be the face of DIME across dispensaries, events, and key retail accounts
• Spend 90%+ of your time in market driving from store to store, building relationships, and creating excitement around the brand
• Support reorders, prospecting, in-store activations, demos, trainings, and brand events
• Educate budtenders, managers, and customers on DIME products, effects, key SKUs, and brand story
• Drop off samples, swag, and marketing materials to increase visibility and keep stores energized
• Partner with the sales team to strengthen existing accounts and help open new opportunities
• Submit clean, organized recaps after visits with insights, opportunities, and next steps

Requirements

• Someone who is outgoing, confident, reliable, and great with people
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• Highly organized and able to manage your day independently while on the move
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Cannabis, events, retail, or brand ambassador experience is a plus, but not required

Preferred

• Experience in cannabis, events, retail, or brand ambassador roles is a plus.
