Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store beverage tastings
• Educate consumers about featured products, flavor profiles, and brand stories
• Create a welcoming and engaging shopper experience
• Encourage product trial and support retail sales
• Set up and break down tasting displays
• Submit event reports, photos, and required documentation after each event
• Represent NOVA Tastings and supplier partners with professionalism

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with consumers
• Reliable transportation to and from events
• Ability to stand for extended periods during events
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
• Smartphone with reliable internet access for reporting

Preferred

• Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, marketing, promotions, or beverage sales
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, or ready-to-drink cocktails
