Job Summary
Own local brand activation in NJ by representing a cannabis brand at dispensaries, educating shoppers, and running pop-up events with feedback loops to marketing.
- Brand Activation: Represent the brand at dispensary pop-ups and promotions, setup, and on-site engagement.
- Education and Content: Teach customers and staff about products and promotions and feed insights into campaigns.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Build dispensary relationships, gather feedback, and partner with marketing on campaigns and social content.

Responsibilities
- Represent our cannabis brand at dispensary pop-up events and promotional activations.
- Educate customers and dispensary staff on product offerings, benefits, and current promotions.
- Build positive relationships with dispensary employees and management.
- Engage customers in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
- Distribute promotional materials and merchandise while increasing brand awareness.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of pop-up displays and event materials.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to help improve future marketing efforts.
- Track event activity and provide post-event reporting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute successful promotional campaigns, and social media content creation.
