Job Summary
Own the face-to-face lead gen at Luxury Bath events, turning attendees into qualified leads and ensuring the booth reflects the brand, while coordinating with marketing to optimize event impact.
- Represent the brand at retail events and drive quick qualifying conversations with attendees.
- Set up visually compelling booths and educate shoppers on products and services.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine event strategy and maximize lead conversion.

Responsibilities
- Represent Luxury Bath at our retail location to generate leads and promote our products and services.
- Engage with event attendees, educate them about our offerings, and qualify potential leads.
- Collect contact information for our sales representatives.
- Set up and maintain event booths, ensuring they are visually appealing and effectively showcase our brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for maximizing lead generation and event success.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with people.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work weekends is required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the event location.
Preferred
- Previous experience in event marketing or sales is preferred but not required.
