Job Summary
Own local event presence for Luxury Bath by turning booth setup, attendee engagement, and lead capture into immediate sales-ready opportunities. Focus on in-person education, lead qualification, and seamless handoff to sales.
- Booth Execution: Represent the brand, set up visually compelling displays, and drive lead capture at events.
- Engagement & Qualification: Educate attendees, collect contact info, and qualify prospects for follow-up.
- Collaboration & Handoff: Work with marketing and sales to maximize event impact and ensure smooth lead transfer.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Represent Luxury Bath at our retail location to generate leads and promote our products and services.
- Engage with event attendees, educate them about our offerings, and qualify potential leads.
- Collect contact information for our sales representatives.
- Set up and maintain event booths, ensuring they are visually appealing and effectively showcase our brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for maximizing lead generation and event success.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with people.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in event marketing or sales is preferred but not required.
- Availability to work weekends is required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the event location.
