Brand Ambassador

Houston Impact Team is currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Brand Ambassador to join our growing team in Houston, TX. This is a full-time, in-person role ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to build a long-term career in sales, marketing, and customer engagement.

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent nationally recognized brands through face-to-face customer interactions inside retail and event-based environments. You’ll play a key role in building customer relationships, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales growth throughout the Houston area.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Houston Impact Team at retail locations, events, and promotional campaigns
• Engage directly with customers to promote products and services through face-to-face interactions
• Conduct product presentations and answer customer questions confidently and professionally
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and retail partners
• Learn and effectively utilize sales scripts, product knowledge, and objection-handling techniques
• Travel locally throughout the Houston area to support campaign efforts and retail partnerships
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily activity
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to support campaign growth and expansion

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, but not required
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or related fields preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers in face-to-face environments
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to memorize and apply sales techniques and product knowledge
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed
• Flexibility to work one weekend day per week
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
