Responsibilities

• Door-to-door field marketing visits to smoke shops, convenience stores, and retail accounts
• Represent brands at pop-up events, product showcases, and distributor activations
• Brand collaboration events — set up, interact with customers, maintain brand standards
• Distribute samples, promotional materials, and build retailer relationships
• Report daily activity, store feedback, and competitor intel to sales leadership
• Maintain a polished, on-brand appearance and high energy throughout shifts

Requirements

• Highly personable, confident communicator — comfortable approaching new people
• Experience in brand ambassador, promotional, or retail sales roles preferred
• Own reliable transportation — field routes across metro Atlanta area
• Professional, presentable appearance with strong interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability including some evenings and weekends for events

• Familiarity with hemp, smoke, or lifestyle products a plus
