Job Summary

Own on-site brand activation and local outreach to drive awareness and membership in the Detroit metro, with event storytelling, partner relationships, and hands-on operations during peak periods.

Represent and educate at events, grand openings, and activations to generate interest and signups.
Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to expand Reach.
Support site ops and act as MSA during high-volume periods to keep promotions running smoothly.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Represent Clean Express Auto Wash at community events, grand openings, and promotional activations
Engage with potential customers and educate them on our services and membership options
Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations
Assist with event setup, giveaways, and promotional materials
Create a fun, welcoming, and memorable brand experience
Support site operations and assist as an MSA when needed during high-volume business periods

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Have reliable transportation
Willing to travel throughout the Detroit metro area

Preferred

Previous experience in promotions, events, customer service, or brand representation is a plus
Interest in marketing, sales, customer service, or community engagement
