Job Summary
Own on-site brand presence at events and activations across Detroit metro, shaping how the public experiences Clean Express and turning conversations into memberships and partnerships.
- Event representation and customer education to drive engagement.
- Local partnerships with businesses and community groups to expand reach.
- Operational support and material setup to ensure smooth, memorable activations.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Represent Clean Express Auto Wash at community events, grand openings, and promotional activations
- Engage with potential customers and educate them on our services and membership options
- Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations
- Assist with event setup, giveaways, and promotional materials
- Create a fun, welcoming, and memorable brand experience
- Support site operations and assist as an MSA when needed during high-volume business periods
Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- Have reliable transportation and are willing to travel throughout the Detroit metro area
- Are comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with the public
- Are dependable, organized, and self-motivated
Preferred
- Previous experience in promotions, events, customer service, or brand representation is a plus
- Interest in marketing, sales, customer service, or community engagement
