Responsibilities

• Representing client brands at events, retail locations, and community promotions
• Engaging customers through friendly and professional face-to-face conversations
• Creating positive and memorable brand experiences
• Educating customers about products, services, and promotional offers
• Supporting customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns
• Assisting with event setup, promotional displays, and campaign execution
• Working alongside the marketing team and other Brand Ambassadors to achieve campaign goals
• Providing excellent customer service throughout each interaction
• Learning marketing, sales, and promotional strategies through hands-on experience
• Developing communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• No previous marketing or Brand Ambassador experience is required.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people
• A confident communicator who enjoys interacting with customers
• Positive, dependable, and motivated to succeed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team
• Interested in marketing, events, sales, promotions, retail, or business development
• Available to work full-time, including occasional weekends for special events
