Job Summary

Own and run field brand ambassador engagements on weekends, educating customers and store staff while scheduling demos and documenting results.

Demonstrate products and build brand awareness to drive purchases.
Capture outcomes and competitive insights from each visit.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Must be available to work weekend shifts, typically 2-4 hours in length, and to complete all events for the duration of each project at the assigned location.
Educate and engage customers on featured products to build brand awareness that leads to product purchase.
Provide education and product knowledge to store associates to prepare them for recommending products to their customers.
Schedule events and submit survey reports online.
Provide detailed summary of in-store engagements, report competitive intel, and capture photos of work performed from every visit.
Set your own schedule, but must be flexible to complete demos on weekends between 9am-4pm

Requirements

Minimum Requirements: - Must have a smart device/tablet with access to reliable internet - Must have a valid driver’s license - Must have a reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum auto insurance coverage necessary - Must exhibit a professional demeanor with no visible tattoos or facial piercings, have good communication skills and be comfortable working in a pet store environment. - Must have reliable transportation.

Preferred

Preferred: Experience working as a Merchandiser or Demonstrator representing products in a pet specialty environment.
