Responsibilities

• Set up and break down demo stations—displays, signage, demo materials—and ensure every shopper touchpoint reflects the brand at its best
• Deliver a clear and compelling 30-second brand story
• Capture content during demos (photo/video)
• Conduct product demonstrations that showcase what makes FreshFresh different—real food, real ingredients—and drive trial and purchase
• Collect shopper interaction data accurately to help the team improve marketing strategy and consumer insights
• Create and share engaging social content at events—stories, reactions, behind-the-scenes—and respond to audience questions in the brand’s voice
• Provide exceptional customer service—answer questions, handle skeptics gracefully, and leave every shopper with a better impression of the brand than when you found them

Requirements

• Must have reliable personal vehicle
• Part-time / event-based; weekend and weekday availability preferred

Nice to Have

• You've done demos, sampling, or brand rep work before (helpful, not required).
• Prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus—understanding what great hospitality looks like in practice goes a long way here.
