Responsibilities

• Set up and break down a clean, welcoming sampling table at assigned grocery stores
• Prepare and pour cold samples—and make sure they stay cold
• Start real conversations with shoppers rather than reciting a script
• Share the story of Farmwell, our aronia berries, and the family farm behind every can
• Answer questions about the drinks, ingredients, and regenerative organic farming
• Keep your table clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift
• Encourage interested shoppers to find Farmwell on the shelf
• Submit a short recap after each shift, including what sold, what shoppers said, and anything that surprised you
• Track and submit your hours accurately

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Available for weekend shifts
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable starting conversations
• Able to work independently and stay engaged throughout the entire shift
• Genuinely curious about food, farming, wellness, or where ingredients come from
• Able to stand for the duration of a shift, with reasonable accommodations available
• Able to lift and move up to 30 pounds, with reasonable accommodations available
• Able to travel reliably to assigned store locations
• Experience with product demonstrations, retail, hospitality, events, farmers markets, or customer service is helpful, but it is not required.
