Job Summary
Own the on-site ambassador role for Colorado events, focusing on clear product storytelling, friendly audience engagement, and tight collaboration with Colab staff while documenting each shift for quick feedback.
- On-site Engagement: Represent brands with energy and explain products clearly to passersby.
- Operational Readiness: Arrive prepared, set up and break down displays, and submit quick event recaps.
- Collaboration & Feedback: Maintain clear lines with Colab team and on-site staff to ensure smooth execution.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Engage customers with friendly, professional conversation
- Represent brands with confidence and positive energy
- Share product information clearly and approachable
- Set up and break down displays, sampling tables, and event materials
- Communicate clearly with the Colab team and on-site staff
- Submit event photos and a short recap after each shift
- Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to contribute
Requirements
- 21+ with valid ID
- Strong communicator with great people skills
- Professional, dependable, and responsive
- Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Colorado
Preferred
- Weekend and evening availability is a plus
- Experience in events, retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or promotions is helpful but not required
- TIPS or alcohol server certification is a plus for certain events
