Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand confidently at events and promotional activities to attract and engage potential customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to educate audiences about features and benefits in an engaging manner.
  • Collect valuable data from interactions to help improve marketing strategies and customer insights.
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns through event marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating a positive brand experience.
  • Support sales efforts by promoting products effectively and encouraging on-the-spot purchases.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus for understanding diverse audiences, but not required
  • Strong data collection skills with attention to detail for tracking engagement metrics and feedback is helpful
  • Sales experience or the ability to persuade customers through product demos and engaging communication is a plus, but not required
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse communities
  • Experience in event marketing or public speaking is helpful for confidently presenting products and engaging audiences, but we're happy to train the right person
  • Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly attitude to foster positive interactions and build brand loyalty.
