Job Summary

Own in-person brand education and engagement at dispensaries, lounges, and events to build trust and guide compliant exploration of premium concentrates and flower through approachable demonstrations and storytelling.

  • In-store and event presence: lead pop-ups, demos, and budtender briefings to captivate customers.
  • Education and differentiation: translate concentrates, flower quality, strains, and consumption methods into clear purchasing insights.
  • Feedback loop: capture event metrics and customer feedback to inform marketing and sales decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Represent the brand at dispensaries, lounges, pop-ups, and community events. - Provide approachable, accurate education on cannabis concentrates (rosin, resin, dab and vape forms) and premium flower — explaining consumption methods, effects, and product differentiators. - Encourage sales through compliant demonstrations, product walkthroughs, and brand storytelling. - Conduct in-store pop up or demo sessions with consumers and patients, and budtenders too - Simplify complex cannabis topics (concentrates types, flower quality, strains) science (terpenes, cannabinoids, solventless extraction, etc.) into digestible, engaging education for new consumers. - Maintain familiarity with all product lines, strain profiles, and manufacturing methods. - Ensure all brand assets (signage, merchandise, displays) are in working shape and can be professionally displayed at pop-ups in stores - Capture event metrics, feedback, and photo documentation to share with the marketing and sales teams. Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in cannabis sales, marketing, education, or hospitality preferred - cannabis enthusiasts with depth of knowledge about the plant and these types are encouraged even if you do not have formal industry experience - Strong knowledge of cannabis flower, concentrates, consumption methods , and consumer behavior. - Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to connect with everyone from first-time consumers to connoisseurs. - Excellent organization and coordination skills - will take ownership of brand pop-up materials (table, flyers, small displays, supplies) and manage a flexible calendar - Must be at least 21 years old and able to travel with reliable transportation to licensed cannabis locations throughout the state's regions listed above - Comfortable working weekends, weekday evenings, and event-based schedules.
