Responsibilities

• Representing recognised brands in customer-facing environments
• Introducing customers to a range of products and services
• Engaging with consumers through face-to-face conversations and product demonstrations
• Helping customers understand products, services, pricing, and available options
• Supporting customer onboarding and account activation
• Creating positive first impressions and memorable brand experiences
• Building relationships with customers and local business owners
• Contributing to customer acquisition and brand awareness goals
• This role provides exposure to both consumer (B2C) and business (B2B) campaigns.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working face-to-face with customers
• Interest in branding, sales, customer engagement, or marketing
• Brand activation, customer engagement, or marketing-related experience is welcome

• Hospitality, retail, customer service, sports, or sales experience is welcome
