Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building strong, trust-based relationships
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and status calls with clarity and confidence
  • Translate client goals and feedback into clear, actionable briefs for creative, photography, and production teams
  • Own project timelines, budgets, and scopes—flagging risks early and keeping everything on track
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, photographers, and strategists to deliver work that exceeds expectations
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through new projects, retainers, or expanded scopes
  • Manage approvals, revisions, and deliverables across multiple workstreams without losing the thread
  • Contribute to new business pitches and proposals when the right opportunity comes up
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed with clear, concise updates—no surprises

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of account management or client services experience at a marketing, creative, or advertising agency
  • A track record of managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Strong understanding of the creative process and what it takes to produce high-quality brand, digital, and content work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you can write a sharp brief, present with poise, and de-escalate a tense email thread
  • Comfort with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar) and collaboration platforms (Slack, Figma, Google Workspace)
  • A calm, organized, solutions-first mindset—especially when timelines tighten or scope shifts
  • Genuine curiosity about your clients' businesses and the industries they operate in

Preferred

  • Experience working with brands in CPG, beauty, apparel, hospitality, or e-commerce
  • Background in integrated campaigns spanning brand, digital, social, and content
  • Familiarity with media buying, paid social, or performance marketing
  • Experience contributing to new business development or pitch work
