Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer calls, texts, and booking inquiries (English & Spanish)
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
• Process payments and assist with pre-booking
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and spa environment
• Support daily spa operations and client flow
• Create, edit, and post content (Instagram, Stories, Reels)
• Be comfortable appearing on camera (Stories, IG Live)
• Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments
• Assist in promoting services, specials, and client results

Responsibilities

• Capture content in-spa (before/after, treatments, behind-the-scenes)

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Comfortable with technology, booking systems, and social platforms
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, honest, and detail-oriented

Preferred

• Experience in a MedSpa, dermatology, or aesthetic setting
• Retail or sales experience
• Experience creating and editing social media content
