Job Summary
Own the local outreach engine by building a defined community network, driving event activations, and feeding the enrollment funnel with field-based partnerships.
- Territory ownership: form partnerships with apartments, HOAs, local businesses, churches, and community groups and secure recurring outreach events.
- Enrollment pipeline: generate qualified family leads, shepherd them through applications, and coordinate with campus registrars.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a designated community outreach territory.
- Build and maintain partnerships with: Apartment complexes, HOAs, Local businesses, Churches, Community organizations
- Secure recurring tabling opportunities and community-based enrollment events.
- Identify new outreach opportunities that increase awareness and community engagement.
- Generate qualified family leads and encourage campus visits.
- Support prospective families through the application and registration process.
- Partner with campus registrars to maintain communication with prospective families.
- Utilize CRM and application platforms to track outreach activities and lead follow-up.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community outreach events and activations.
- Represent AMS at community events, markets, and local gatherings.
