Responsibilities

• Write and maintain website copy across product, industry, pricing, and comparison pages
• Write blog posts, guides, and comparison content that help contractors evaluate construction software and rank for the questions they actually search
• Write and produce LinkedIn content for Linarc's founder, turning her expertise and industry perspective into posts she is proud to publish
• Write social posts, captions, scripts, hooks, and storyboards for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Interview the founder, product experts, customers, and sales to uncover stories, objections, and language contractors actually use
• Translate product capabilities into practical customer value without falling back on generic software language
• Hold Linarc's voice consistent across every surface so a pricing page, a blog post, and a 30-second video sound like the same company
• Adapt one strong idea into multiple formats without making every channel feel repetitive
• Film with a phone or camera at job sites, customer sites, events, and in the office, and direct subject matter experts on camera
• Cut short-form video in CapCut or Premiere with captions and simple motion, and brief our video team for finished production

Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B or technical product marketing, content marketing, or a comparable writing-led role
• Exceptional writing. Clear, specific, plainspoken, and confident with a technical product and a professional audience
• Opinions. You can make a strong, defensible claim, draw on real industry experience, and recognize when a piece is too safe to publish
• Hands-on experience shooting and cutting short-form video, including screen-recorded product content
• Experience writing in someone else's voice, such as ghostwriting for an executive or founder
• Ability to interview people, identify the valuable idea, and shape it into a compelling story
• Comfort learning a technical software product and translating it into practical customer value
• Experience running B2B social channels on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Ability to manage multiple pieces of content from concept through approval and publication
• Organized, dependable, curious, and receptive to feedback

Preferred

• Experience in construction technology, construction, or the AEC industry is a strong plus
• Experience running or supporting Meta or LinkedIn paid campaigns is a plus
