Job Summary

Own a data-driven book of work focused on audit-driven sales optimization and account-support, turning audits, KPI monitoring, and reporting into measurable improvements for automotive clients.

Sales Optimization Audits: execute mystery shops, call, CRM, and merchandising audits to benchmark and improve client performance.
Account Management Support: assist AMs with mid/end-of-month reporting, weekly KPI monitoring, and data exports into client portals.
Ongoing Training & Development: grow automotive domain knowledge and maintain Google Analytics/Ads certifications while absorbing product training.

Job Description

SALES OPTIMIZATION AUDITS- Completing various audits such as:
Mystery Shops: Submitting test leads to our client to evaluate how we compare to their competitors
Call Audits: Listening and evaluating the effectiveness of the lead handling process.
CRM Audits: Auditing leads and sales in the CRM to ensure client goals are met
Merchandising Audits: Analyzing client’s website compare to competitors to make sure client’s website is merchandised well and meeting standards
Daily CRM Audits: Send daily reports to select clients
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
Management of TaskIQ for assigned accounts (Working directly with AM)
Assist Account Managers with mid and end of month reporting as needed.
Weekly monitoring of client KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rate, impression share, etc.
Export sales data from client CRM and accurately enter into the client portal.
Attend client meetings with Account Manager
GA4 Audits and evaluate top / worst performing sources
ONGOING TRAINING + DEVELOPMENT
Develop a thorough knowledge of the automotive industry and its sales processes.
Participate in company training related to our current products and services (SEO, Paid Search, Social Media, DV, CTV/OTT, Creative).
Maintain current Google Analytics Certification, Google Mobile Certification, and Google AdWords Certifications at all times.
