Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Win new members from the Colorado Springs and Pueblo corridor through geo-targeted digital, social, CTV, radio, and out-of-home.
  • Focus acquisition spend on the guests with the highest lifetime value potential, not just the most sign-ups.
  • Build activation programs that turn a first visit into a second and third.
  • Lead Chamonix Rewards, including tier strategy, segmentation, and personalized offers that increase carded play and trip frequency.
  • Own direct marketing: the right guest, the right offer, the right time, with reinvestment set by what a guest is worth over time rather than on a single trip.
  • Spot declining guests early and win them back before they’re gone.
  • Partner with player development so host outreach and marketing offers work together.
  • Position Chamonix as Southern Colorado’s mountain escape and give Bronco Billy’s a clear, distinct role alongside it.
  • Lead creative, content, PR, and agency partners so both brands speak with one voice in every channel.
  • Market the full resort (hotel, dining, spa, entertainment, and events) to drive overnight stays and length of stay.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Colorado or regional gaming experience a plus.
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing leadership in gaming, hospitality, or resorts.
  • Depth in casino database marketing, loyalty, CRM, and digital.
  • Fluency in customer lifetime value: you can read a P&L and defend reinvestment decisions by segment. Experience building teams and managing agencies.

Preferred

  • MBA preferred

Benefits

  • Full House Resorts offers all full-time employees and eligible family members a comprehensive and valuable benefits program that includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, and a 401k retirement plan, which includes a matching contribution after one (1) year of service; a generous paid time off program; paid transportation from Colorado Springs and Woodland Park; free local gym membership; tuition reimbursement; fabulous resort perks; and more.

Full House Resorts, Inc. develops, owns, operates and manages casinos and related hospitality and entertainment facilities in regional U.S. markets.Based in Las Vegas, Full House operates five casino facilities in Mississippi, Colorado, Indiana and Nevada. Each of our gaming properties reflects a unique atmosphere custom-designed for each regional market. Our management team joined Full House in late 2014, and has been focused on making all of our properties fresh, competitive and financially successful. While each of our casinos has a distinctive look and feel, they all have the same goal: to provide our guests with the best experience in entertainment and customer service in an inviting, comfortable atmosphere. We don’t aim to be the biggest—just the place that our guests want to visit again and again. While Full House may be a boutique casino company, our management team has been an integral part of the development and operation of some of the most successful casino resorts in the U.S. Our team also has extensive financial experience, and a record of success in building shareholder value. We believe in financial discipline, and investing in both our assets and our people. Our strategy depends on prudent spending, but cost controls are just part of the story. We evaluate each property and all of its related assets, from our buildings to parking to undeveloped land. Where we see opportunities to maximize profits, we will invest for the longer term, whether it’s in new hotel rooms and suites, better parking facilities, new guest amenities or improved access to our casinos. On behalf of our employees, our investors and our communities, we thank you for your interest and support. We look forward to sharing an exciting future with you.
