Job Summary
Own the growth and management of indirect and commercial auto-finance relationships by coaching a dedicated team, balancing risk, policy compliance, and cross-sell opportunities with franchised dealers.
- Leadership and team-building to scale indirect/commercial lending through dealer networks.
- Collaborate with underwriting and compliance to assure policy-driven decisions and risk controls across planning, marketing, and budgeting.
- Drive cross-sell of bank products and strengthen internal/external partner relationships.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develops indirect and commercial business through new vehicle franchised dealers via coaching/leading a team of Retail and Commercial Relationship Managers.
- Responsibilities include effective leadership, team building, collaboration with commercial / indirect underwriting teams, analysis, planning, marketing, budget management, compliance, risk management, and customer service.
- Makes decisions and acts in accordance with established policies and procedures; follows all relevant consumer & commercial compliance laws, regulations, and the results of any audit or regulatory examinations.
- Cross sells other bank products.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree
- 10+ years experience in Auto Finance to include both indirect and commercial lending
Preferred
- Must be able to travel throughout assigned market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence
- Ability to hire, coach and manage a centralized team
- Ability to form strong relationships with internal and external partners
