Own creator- and athlete-partnership operations by keeping CRM-led outreach clean, onboarding ambassadors, and coordinating program updates to scale influencer collaborations in a remote startup.

Build and maintain outreach workflows for TikTok creators and athletes in CRM with clean notes, follow-ups, and context for scalable partnerships.
Onboard and organize ambassador records, coordinate program updates with the founding team, and flag issues promptly to protect program quality.
Create and maintain athlete outreach lists across sports, fitness, and wellness niches, and keep records up-to-date for ongoing campaigns.

Job Description

Own creator- and athlete-partnership operations by keeping CRM-led outreach clean, onboarding ambassadors, and coordinating program updates to scale influencer collaborations in a remote startup.

Build and maintain outreach workflows for TikTok creators and athletes in CRM with clean notes, follow-ups, and context for scalable partnerships.
Onboard and organize ambassador records, coordinate program updates with the founding team, and flag issues promptly to protect program quality.
Create and maintain athlete outreach lists across sports, fitness, and wellness niches, and keep records up-to-date for ongoing campaigns.

Strong written English and communication skills.
Sharp attention to detail and reliability with no mistakes in athlete onboarding.
Able to manage a high volume of athlete communication daily.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment.
CRM systems (Notion plus internal tools).

Active on TikTok and Instagram with a sense for what creators are doing well.

Direct mentorship from the Electro founding team.
Resume-building experience in sports marketing and brand operations.
Resume-building experience in influencer marketing, affiliate ops, and creator partnerships.
Hands-on experience with influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and creator outreach.
Real-world experience in NIL, athlete management, and CRM operations.
