Associate, Strategic Marketing

Responsibilities

• - Partner with the Strategic Marketing Manager and team in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and maintain a calendar of tactics to effectively execute each marketing plan
• - Participate in weekly status meetings with key stakeholders to review performance of current marketing plans, discuss business needs and adjust plans accordingly
• - Create, maintain, document and execute all aspects of the integrated strategic marketing plan including television, print, events, direct mail, collateral and digital tactics
• - Monitor performance of tactics and provide relevant solutions to achieve established business goals
• - Manage the creation and execution of enterprise marketing campaigns, including developing and maintaining spreadsheets and other documentation.
• - Provide reports and communications related to tactical budgets and use budget tracking tools
• - Create project requests in the job management platform, manage the call attribution program and create marketing campaign codes

Requirements

• Two or more years relevant experience
• Proven knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
• Comfortable with computer skills such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and cloud-based database and reporting systems
