Job Description

Responsibilities

  • 360 Marketing: Assist in execution of retailer specific marketing programs to support product launches and core campaigns that ladder up to global strategy while meeting specific retailer needs. Retailers include Target, Amazon, Ulta, Sephora, Dept. Stores and more.
  • Sampling: Lead execution of all sampling programs across regions, managing co-op initiatives and ensuring key dates are met.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in seasonal planogram updates and secondary placement fixtures, including assortment and graphics. Own assortment files and manage graphic proofing.
  • Dotcom : Support concepting and briefing of asset deliverables and copy for new launches; optimize existing pages to maintain best-in-class content and drive retailer.com growth; develop and own a deliverable tracker to keep timelines on track.
  • Team & Administrative Support: Maintain key commercial documents (commercialization calendars, new product forms, pricing, assortment files); assist with timeline and creative brief tracking; manage product sample inventory for internal teams and external partners; coordinate standing retailer calls including agendas and recaps.
  • Market Meetings: Help support the team in preparation and execution of market weeks by building necessary materials and coordinating meeting logistics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships across teams to keep deliverables aligned with product launch timelines; cultivate strong partnerships with retail partners and key stakeholders to maximize brand exposure and growth.
  • Trend & Competitive Awareness: Monitor industry developments, obsess over consumer trends, and have a steady pulse on store updates to inform / inspire retail marketing strategies and in store execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study, Marketing preferred
  • 1-2 years of professional experience, beauty or CPG experience preferred
  • Organizational and project management skills
  • Proficient technical skills (Microsoft Office - Windows, Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Google docs
  • Knowledgeable in social media platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar) a plus
