  • Shows strong cross-functional collaboration and campaign execution quality.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Project manage retail media and promotional campaigns from inception to completion by collaborating with internal stakeholders and project leads to identify requirements, determine project scope and deliverables, set priorities, and establish milestones.
  • Develop project plans, budget estimates and schedules/dashboards.
  • Orchestrate promotional activities and deliverables between internal teams, vendors and stakeholders; track status, progress and financials.
  • Coordinate integration of brand assets and marketing content within multiple concurrent projects for retail media and programmatic campaigns.
  • Provide actionable suggestions to improve digital campaign performance.
  • Partner with senior managers and product marketing managers to meet promotional goals; own campaign execution quality and complexity.
  • Identify processes, tools, and systems to improve cross-team collaboration, reporting and SEO; analyze metrics to improve social/digital strategy; create PowerPoint presentations.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in project management.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising and promotions including programmatic and display advertising, retail media, SEO, social media and major search engines.
  • 1-2 years of experience using project management and communications tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and/or Lytho.
  • 1-2 years of experience using Salesforce, HubSpot or other CRM software.
  • Strong project management or organizational skills; ability to track progress and complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present information clearly.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
