You will own and drive core product marketing tasks, translating features into customer messaging and coordinating cross‑team initiatives.

  • Execute quarterly roadmap tasks such as draft release notes, update docs, and create sales collateral.
  • Translate technical features into customer-friendly messaging and collaborate across teams on content, assets, and positioning.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support research initiatives to understand customer personas, competitors, and market trends under guidance from senior team members
  • Assist in coordinating product feature announcements and updates in partnership with product management
  • Execute specific product marketing tasks aligned with the quarterly roadmap (e.g., drafting release notes, updating documentation, creating sales collateral, writing website copy)
  • Help translate technical features into customer-friendly messaging with support from senior marketers
  • Contribute ideas for product packaging and positioning that highlight customer value
  • Assist in creating customer and product stories through content like blogs, videos, and case studies
  • Collaborate with the content marketing team to ensure product accuracy in marketing materials
  • Support the development of sales assets like presentations, one-pagers, and battle cards
  • Learn to become a product advocate internally and externally
  • Contribute to team efficiency by documenting processes and sharing learnings

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, product marketing, or a related field (internships and relevant coursework count!)
  • Strong interest in B2B technology and software marketing
  • Excellent writing skills and eagerness to learn strategic messaging
  • Interest in HR technology or talent acquisition is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to ask questions and seek feedback
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with guidance
  • Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working across teams
  • Appreciation for good design and professional communication
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
