Drive early-career marketing support for Sun Pharma’s LTC portfolio, contributing to brand plans, compliant materials, and cross-functional launches.

Support execution of annual brand plans and marketing strategies under the guidance of senior leadership.
Assist in implementing lifecycle initiatives and tactics to drive product awareness and adoption within the LTC market.
Provide tactical marketing support for the generic portfolio when required.
Assist in developing, reviewing, updating, and maintaining marketing materials and promotional assets.
Ensure materials meet regulatory, legal, and corporate compliance standards.
Maintain version control and support archiving processes for approved content.
Prepare routine analytics and assist with forecasting inputs and performance reporting.
Support analysis of sales data, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
Assist in tracking KPIs and overall portfolio performance.
Support execution of omnichannel initiatives, including personal and non-personal promotion (NPP) campaigns.

Experience: 0–3 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or related marketing experience preferred; internships or relevant project experience considered.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field required.
Analytical & Technical Skills: Ability to create and review data sets, Excel, and develop PowerPoint presentations
Collaboration & Communication: Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
