Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Licensing & Publishing teams to execute partner marketing programs and product launches that bring the joy of Pokémon to key target audiences.
  • Review licensee marketing materials and assets to ensure alignment with brand standards, product positioning, and business goals.
  • Coordinate marketing material and asset reviews with internal TPCi business and marketing stakeholders.
  • Develop and distribute campaign briefs for internal stakeholders and TPCi Digital Marketing and Communication teams including social, PR, web and email.
  • Manage and maintain marketing calendars, ensuring campaign deliverables and deadlines are clearly documented and communicated across teams.
  • Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and timely execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Proactively partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain timelines.
  • Support post-campaign reporting and performance reviews by gathering data, identifying learnings, and sharing recommendations to improve future marketing efforts.
  • Help create custom B2B marketing materials including brand updates and calendars for external Licensing & Publishing partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing program associate management or management position. Preferably in the entertainment industry across multiple product categories.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrable ability to project manage, work cross functionally, and oversee multiple projects with various stakeholders.
  • Experience working with external partners and able to communicate clearly and troubleshoot challenges diplomatically.
  • Passion to create unique programs that elevate the brand through fun and engaging campaigns.
  • While passion for the Pokémon brand is a plus, it is not required. However, a willingness to learn more about the Pokémon brand is a must.
