Job Summary

Own social content and community building for a fashion brand, shaping voice, on-camera content, and cross-channel presence.

  • Social content & community: plan, publish, and engage across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Brand voice and on-camera content: act as ambassador with styling, trends, and behind-the-scenes videos.
  • Asset coordination and operations: work with PR, manage shoots, budgets, timelines, and seasonal asset libraries.

Job Description

  • Social content and community ownership: plan, publish, and engage across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • On camera content and brand voice: act as ambassador with brand-right styling, trends, and behind-the-scenes videos.
  • Asset coordination and ops: collaborate with PR, manage shoots, budgeting, timelines, seasonal assets, and maintain image libraries.
  • Calendar and governance: manage day-to-day content calendar and lead monthly planning meetings with cross-functional input.
  • Administrative and reporting support: maintain tracking docs, seasonal recap reports, and present internal updates.
  • Team collaboration: attend meetings and provide clerical support to the marketing team.
  • Brand consistency: ensure a consistent on-brand voice across all social channels.
  • Seeding and gifting support: coordinate product seeding and influencer gifting in partnership with external PR.
  • Shop My influencer management: assist seasonal gifting programs and manage influencer partnerships.
  • Content hygiene: monitor comments in real time and escalate issues to protect brand image.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; 1–3 years in fashion/retail or lifestyle marketing; strong storytelling and platform fluency.
  • Comfort being on camera, camera-ready presence, and ability to adapt voice to brand tone.
  • Data-informed mindset with ability to pivot tactics based on performance and insights.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a collaborative team.
  • Experience with social content creation and brand marketing; internship or hands-on content creation is acceptable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to maintain brand voice across channels.
  • Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for shoots and campaigns.
  • Familiarity with tracking and reporting documentation for marketing campaigns.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with readiness to contribute to cross-functional meetings.
