Job Summary

Own trade and shopper marketing execution for a national CPG retailer network, driving secondary displays, coupon programs, and POS collateral with cross-functional brand and sales teams.

  • Channel ownership: trade marketing, shopper activation, and POS development across national, regional, and retailer levels.
  • Measurement and optimization: analyze IRI, Margin Minder, and internal data to improve promotional effectiveness and budget discipline.
  • Operations backbone: manage budgets, SharePoint distribution, and POS vendor fulfillment to ensure timely, accurate material delivery.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute trade and shopper marketing programs and toolkits for the U.S. Sales team at national, regional, and retailer levels, including consumer sweepstakes, cross-promotions, and coupon programs to support secondary display and drive incremental volume
  • Create account-specific point-of-sale materials with Brand Marketing, Sales, design teams, and external vendors while aligning to brand standards and customer needs
  • Support the annual trade marketing budget with spend tracking, invoice processing, and budget accuracy
  • Evaluate promotional performance using IRI, Margin Minder, and internal data to provide insights and recommendations
  • Create and manage coupon programs, including execution, tracking, and analysis of redemption to inform planning
  • Administer and maintain the SharePoint site, ensuring timely distribution of materials and consistent weekly sales communications
  • Oversee POS fulfillment vendor operations to ensure accuracy and timely delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years in marketing, trade marketing, shopper marketing, or promotions within Food and Beverage or CPG
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Brand, or external partners; demonstrated project and timeline management
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Solid quantitative skills and basic financial processes knowledge, including invoice management and budget tracking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SharePoint or similar tools preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Occasional travel to support sales meetings and account calls
