Job Summary

Own the end-to-end brand and promotional materials workflow, navigating MAP review, with cross‑functional playbooks to translate insights into HCP and patient tactics across digital and field channels.

  • Cross-functional execution: translate customer insights into lifecycles and omni-channel campaigns.
  • Channel orchestration: support digital, field and non-personal tactics with compliant assets and training.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Brand Lead to execute strategic and tactical marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Support the development and implementation of HCP and patient marketing initiatives across personal, non-personal, digital, and field channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate customer insights into actionable marketing tactics and support lifecycle management initiatives.
  • Support sales force execution through development and maintenance of promotional materials, training support, and field pull-through initiatives.
  • Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitive activity, providing recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the end-to-end management of promotional materials through Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance (MAP) review processes.
  • Conduct initial review of content to ensure alignment with brand strategy, messaging, claims, and visual identity.
  • Manage the development, approval, implementation, maintenance, expiration, and retirement of promotional materials.
  • Maintain the product claims library, reference repository, and promotional material inventory.
  • Partner with Marketing Centers of Excellence and agency partners to support digital channel execution, omnichannel initiatives, and content deployment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field required.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or related commercial experience.
  • Rare disease experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing promotional review workflows through Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance processes.
  • Experience with Veeva PromoMats or similar content review systems required.
  • Working knowledge of FDA regulations, OPDP guidance, and pharmaceutical promotional compliance.
  • Demonstrated project management experience with multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, budgets, timelines, and operational processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM and omnichannel marketing platforms.

Preferred

  • Experience with digital analytics tools and campaign attribution.
  • Experience partnering with patient advocacy groups.
