Job Summary

Lead and drive influencer marketing programs for The Children’s Place and Gymboree, from strategy and creator recruitment through paid amplification and performance optimization, while coordinating cross-functional teams and agency partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies across The Children's Place and Gymboree, driving brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.
  • Manage paid, gifted, affiliate, and organic influencer campaigns from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and performance goals.
  • Develop and execute seasonal influencer programs supporting key initiatives, including Back-to-School, Holiday, Spring, Summer, product launches, collaborations, and licensing partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, talent managers, agencies, media contacts, and celebrity partners to strengthen brand advocacy and reach.
  • Assist in the end-to-end execution of paid influencer campaigns, including briefing, creator selection, content development, approvals, and performance optimization.
  • Coordinate content amplification and paid media support with internal teams while ensuring compliance with FTC guidelines, contractual obligations, and brand standards.
  • Manage always-on influencer gifting programs, including creator sourcing, product fulfillment, content tracking, and long-term partnership development.
  • Oversee affiliate influencer initiatives, including LTK, and analyze performance metrics such as sales, conversion, ROAS, and attributed revenue.
  • Support public relations initiatives, including media outreach, product seeding, press opportunities, seasonal announcements, and brand storytelling efforts.
  • Assist in planning and executing influencer and PR events, managing logistics, gifting, experiential activations, and attendee experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising, Business, or a related field required.
  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR or social media, ideally in retail, apparel, or consumer brands
  • 2+ years of experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., LTK and ShopMy)

Preferred

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and teams at once
  • Experience managing creator or agency relationships and briefing/reviewing creative content
  • Experience with influencer management platforms (e.g., Dash Social, Sprinklr, CreatorIQ, and Later and social/influencer performance metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for the creator economy and a pulse on emerging trends
