Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver events end-to-end in alignment with established event tiering standards and best practices
  • Serve as a super user of standardized event management tools and platforms across all event types
  • Embody and reinforce the events center of excellence in every engagement
  • Execute event logistics, promotion support, storytelling assets, and on-site coordination
  • Manage assigned event workstreams within budget parameters and defined timelines
  • Partner collaboratively across the marketing team to deliver cohesive, impactful experiences, including: Partnering with campaign, partner, and regional marketing leads to understand business goals and proactively build event workstreams that serve those objectives, not just the event itself Coordination with the Communications team to activate pre-, during-, and post-event social and editorial content that amplifies our event presence Working with Marketing Operations on event registration, lead capture landing pages, and communication workflows for each event Engaging the Content team for development and QA of all produced event materials, ensuring accuracy, quality, and brand consistency Partnering with the Sales GTM and Customer Insights teams to ensure all attendee-facing materials reflect our latest positioning, messaging, and stories
  • Own the CBTS/OnX webinar program end to end—from scheduling and promotion through live production and post-event repurposing, including: Managing the webinar calendar and scheduling across the full program Leading all pre-webinar setup and promotion—building the webinar landing page, developing promotional assets and routing them to channel owners across social, campaigns, and internal/external newsletters, and coordinating speakers, including project-managing rehearsals Producing live webinars—serving as show producer, running the green room, ensuring speakers are A/V ready, managing speaker transitions and presentations, and monitoring the live Q&A Driving post-webinar production—creating social-ready clips and snippets, managing the webinar replay site, and collaborating with the Content team on follow-on thought leadership
  • Support operational processes, vendor coordination, and agency relationships under the direction of the Events Lead
  • Maintain consistent brand presence and high-quality execution across all events
  • Bring a business mindset to every event—looking beyond logistics to identify and activate opportunities that maximize the value of our presence and investment

Requirements

  • 8-10 years experience executing B2B events and field marketing programs
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to view events through the lens of pipeline, relationships, and revenue—not just logistics
  • Strong operational mindset with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with event management tools and platforms; quick to adopt and master new technology
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Comfort working within defined processes and structures while contributing ideas for improvement
  • Willingness to travel to support key events and on-the-ground execution
  • Hands-on experience owning a B2B webinar program end-to-end, including live production; webinar platform proficiency required
