Associate, Growth

Responsibilities

• Support new business pursuits
• - Support Growth team members across our agencies on pitches, RFPs, and other growth opportunities
• - Research prospective clients, brands, categories, competitors, and industry trends
• - Help develop pitch presentations, proposals, credentials, case studies, and other new business materials
• - Gather and organize information from teams across the agencies, helping turn it into clear, polished content
• - Support pitch timelines, meetings, deliverables, and team communications to keep fast-moving pursuits on track
• - Proofread and quality-check materials to ensure everything we deliver is accurate, polished, and client-ready
• Strengthen the Growth team
• - Maintain libraries of case studies, credentials, agency capabilities, pitch materials, and other reusable content
• - Track new business opportunities, wins, losses, and other key Growth information

Requirements

• Previous internship or job experience (1-2 years) in advertising, marketing, communications. Agency experience is a plus and an interest in health is a major plus!
• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
• Ability to solve problems independently and collaboratively
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
