Job Summary

Own advisory board and physician engagement within a compliance framework, shaping strategy, speaker programs, and cross functional collaboration to deliver approved HCP education and insights.

  • Brand Strategy and cross-functional input on strategy, messaging, and program execution.
  • Advisory Boards and HCP speaker development including training and compliance oversight.
  • Regional/National physician discussions and congress engagement aligned with PReP materials and label-approved messaging.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy: provide cross-functional input on strategy, tactics, messaging, and program execution.
  • Advisory Board programs: support execution of approved advisory boards and identify HCP consultants based on profile in the Consultant Engagement Project Brief.
  • Regional and National Physician Discussions: support disease-state conversations with on-label messaging and approved materials; engage TLs, attend Congresses, conduct 1:1 meetings with HCPs, and participate in meeting sessions.
  • Compliant Collaboration: help develop account plans for Sales Speaker Management and Engagement; identify and develop HCP speakers; provide refresher training on PReP materials; host compliant speaker programs; monitor speaker performance; collaborate with home office Marketing and Sales to inform strategy, messaging, and execution; assist in Home Office Brand Strategy development and regional execution.
  • Compliance & Integrity: uphold the highest professional standards in line with BMS policies, laws, regulations, and company integrity principles.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, field sales, or field medical.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Hematology or specialty therapeutics.
  • Bachelors Degree required or higher.
  • Self-driven with strong organizing and planning skills.
  • Willingness to work evenings and select weekends.
  • Business travel, by air or car, regularly required.

Preferred

  • Marketing, Sales Management, and/or launch experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with thought leader engagement, advisory boards, and speakers bureau strongly preferred.
