Job Summary

Own regional demand and revenue impact for life sciences products, tying budget cycles, data driven planning, and cross functional marketing enablement to regional commercial goals.

  • Regional strategy and KPI ownership for dPCR and BioPharma segments.
  • Data driven planning and performance reporting to leadership and MBR/QBR reviews.
  • Cross functional collaboration with Sales Ops, global marketing, and product teams to adapt to market dynamics.

Job Description

  • Support achievement of overall revenue and marketing goals
  • Have a clear understanding of the regional commercial objectives and annual must wins.
  • Identify ways that marketing can measurably help achieve and exceed regional commercial objectives.
  • During budget and marketing planning cycles, provide historical baseline data to show how marketing can attribute revenue or impact to achieve budget targets.
  • Develop the annual regional marketing strategy for key products and segment marketing for both dPCR and BioPharma/Applied segments.
  • Help set regional commercial objectives and strategies with commercial leadership team.
  • Develop and execute marketing activities to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Clearly demonstrate marketing impact through implementing measurable demand generation and commercial enablement activities.
  • Use market data, intelligence, funding intelligence and databases to develop informed, data-driven marketing activities to achieve regional commercial targets.
  • Set KPIs – focusing on revenue generating, and/or mid to bottom of funnel activities.
