Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate the overall SEM strategy, including goals and objectives internally and externally (as needed).
Lead and mentor a team of Leads, Senior Paid Search Strategists, and Paid Search Strategists, including setting clear performance objectives and providing guidance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and competitive landscape.
Develop comprehensive SEM strategies, including budget allocation, keyword targeting, and campaign structure.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and other data sources.
Manage budgets for SEM campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and adherence to financial goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in SEM and digital marketing.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale SEM campaigns.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of search engine advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) and emerging trends.
Experience working with a diverse range of clients and industries.
