Responsibilities

• Strategically lead media programs for a global client portfolio, managing in-market activity, delivering insightful recommendations, and actioning optimizations discovered through testing
• Manage a team of global Planners and Buyers in the execution of paid media campaigns
• Execute media plans across Google Ads, Social channels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), and Video / Display
• Lead reporting, including analysis, presentation and own the Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) for client stakeholders
• Mentor & develop a team across hard and soft skills, focusing on growth through execution of critical workstreams and business impact

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience with deep expertise in Google Ads and Social Media campaign management
• The ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans, and campaigns that drive high ROI
• History of end-to-end management of digital media campaigns, from recommendation to wrap report
• Exceptional presentation skills, comfortable speaking about and presenting data to clients
• Proactive, disciplined, organized, self-starter and highly motivated, comfortable managing uncertainty and working independently
• Excellent leadership, management and organization skills
• Exceptional ability to communicate cross-functionally within a highly energetic team

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong performance in undergraduate coursework and demonstrated analytical success
• Platform Certifications
• Subject matter expert on programmatic media and strong knowledge of ad tech platforms (DMP, SSPs, Ad Servers)
