Job Summary

Own the field based disease education program from design through in market execution and ongoing evolution.

  • Field Program Leadership: Own operating model, staffing partnerships, performance management, and compliance for field education efforts.
  • Cross Functional Activation: Align with Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and Analytics to activate compliant marketing initiatives in market.
  • Impactful HCP and Patient Programs: Drive growth in diagnosed patients through increased clinical suspicion, expanded screening, and integrated education across HCP and patient audiences.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Lead the operating model, execution, and ongoing evolution of the field-based disease education program - Oversee the external partner responsible for program staffing, training, field execution, performance management, and measures of success - Ensure field personnel have the resources, capabilities, and support required to deliver high-quality, compliant disease education - Monitor program performance, identify oppo rtunities and barriers, and implement improvements to increase effectiveness and impact - Drive measurable growth in diagnosed patients by increasing clinical suspicion and appropriate screening across priority HCP segments - Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives for HCPs and patient audiences, translating established strategies and customer insights into impactful programs and experiences that support earlier disease recognition and diagnosis - Develop and deliver HCP engagement programs that support disease education, including speaker programs, peer-to-peer education, and congress excellence - Oversee patient-facing educational resources and managing across a ran ge of channels , including social media , website , and other engagement platforms to drive awareness and action - Lead agency and external partner relationships, providing clear direction and ensuring high-quality, timely , and compliant execution - Partner with core marketing and a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders – including Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and Analytics – to ensure the timely , compliant in-market activation of marketing initiatives - Oversee program execution and ongoing management with a strong commercial mindset , c ommunicat ing progress, performance, recommendations, and decisions clearly to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders Requirements - Bachelor's Degree - 8+ years of progressive pharmaceutical commercial experience (marketing) Nice_to_have - Respiratory or rare disease experience preferred - Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing programs for HCPs and/or patient audiences - Experience leading field-based programs, vendors, and external contractors - Strong analytical thinker who uses data and insights to drive decisions and optimize performance - Strong executional discipline with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Skilled business storyteller with the ability to connect insights to outcomes Benefits - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage and mental health support, annual wellbeing reimbursement, and access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Generous paid time off policies, fertility and family-forming benefits, caregiver support, and flexible work schedules with purposeful in-person collaboration - 401(k) plan with a competitive company match, annual equity awards, and participation in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), and company-paid life and disability insurance - Company Learning Institute providing access to LinkedIn Learning, skill building workshops, leadership programs, mentorship connections, and networking opportunities - Employee resource groups, service and recognition programs, and meaningful opportunities to connect, volunteer, and give back
