Responsibilities

• Foster a safe and welcoming environment for team members and the broader community and reinforce positive behaviors by setting clear expectations and modeling SDK values.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies and marketing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue goals across the portfolio.
• Monitor leasing activity, traffic, conversion, and renewal performance across the portfolio and mentor leasing teams to achieve desired outcomes.
• Develop, monitor and report on leasing metrics including but not limited to occupancy, lease renewals, resident retention, marketing ROI, conversions and lead source effectiveness.
• Analyze leasing and marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure leasing processes, prospect follow-up, and lead management standards are consistently executed.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns, social media strategies, listing services, and online reputation management.
• Ensure brand standards are consistently maintained across all communities.
• Conduct regular market surveys and pricing reviews; recommend new rent and renewal rates.
• Partner with Regional Managers and Property Managers to address occupancy challenges and accelerate leasing performance.

Requirements

• 4-year undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
• Must have a minimum of 7 years of related progressively responsible experience in a multifamily environment
• A minimum of 3 years of direct team and portfolio management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Possess a valid driver license to travel for business
• Must be able to work with any employer in the US without any restrictions whatsoever
