Job Summary

Own strategic, multi-channel media planning for complex client portfolios while building trust with clients and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven, high-quality plans and continuous learning.

Own the multi-channel media strategy for complex client portfolios, translating data into insights and driving measurable business outcomes.

  • Lead multi-channel media plans and performance optimizations across client portfolios.
  • Deepen client relationships as trusted advisor and surface new opportunities and solutions.
  • Guide and elevate all client communications, presentations, and deliverables for clarity and alignment with objectives.
  • Oversee in-market performance evaluation and deliver data-driven, actionable insights.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to provide thought leadership and innovative solutions.
  • Mentor planning teams and foster growth, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with activation, analytics, creative, and strategy teams for seamless execution.
  • Maintain rigorous standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency across deliverables.
  • Champion process improvements and adoption of OMG tools and continuous learning.
  • Identify and nurture emerging talent through coaching and leadership development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of media planning experience with increasing leadership responsibilities, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing, presenting, and executing integrated media strategies for complex, high-value client portfolios.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Advanced analytical ability and experience translating data into actionable business insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and core industry planning tools; strong project management skills are essential.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, lead in a fast-paced environment, and inspire team performance.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and team development.
