Job Summary

Own multi-channel athletics communications for a Division I program, shaping storytelling for student-athletes, fans, media, and donors while coordinating with coaches, compliance, and internal partners. Expect evening and weekend event hours and a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and regulatory awareness.

  • Audience and channels ownership: craft and place stories across print, digital, broadcast, social, events, and exhibitions for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and external partners.
  • Media and stakeholder relationships: build trust with news outlets, donors, policymakers, and industry partners while managing high-profile sport programs.
  • Content and publication flow: guide design and distribution of publications for web, email, podcasts, video, photo, and print across multiple platforms.
