Job Summary

Own campaign support from data pull to asset coordination, ensuring accuracy, budget alignment, and cross-team collaboration across weekly reviews and reporting.

  • Manage campaign performance tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate creative asset gathering and vendor collaboration
  • Assist budgeting, invoicing, and basic data analysis

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Attend weekly campaign review meetings and monitor program performance
  • Provide creative input for campaign materials and review donor-facing content for accuracy and brand compliance
  • Pull database reports, prepare contact files for telemarketing, and perform basic quantitative analysis
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to gather copy and creative assets
  • Track campaign schedules in SharePoint and maintain shared visibility of activity
  • Ensure expense alignment with budgets, produce cost estimates, and process invoices
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, note-taking, and filing archived campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, nonprofit management, statistics, or related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred

  • Experience or familiarity with SharePoint, database reporting tools, or similar systems is a plus
