Job Description

Lead copy on the account, owning the quality of the writing from concept through final execution.
Concept and write integrated campaigns across broadcast/video, social, digital, web, OOH, email/CRM, and experiential.
Define, protect, and evolve the brand voice — keeping it evocative, distinctive, and consistent across every touchpoint.
Turn strategy and insight into ideas that move people to plan, book, and go.
Direct and mentor copywriters; give clear, constructive feedback that elevates the whole team’s craft.
Partner closely with art direction to build ideas that are as strong visually as they are verbally.
Present and sell work to senior clients with clarity and conviction, and build the relationships that let bold work happen.
Collaborate early with strategy, data, and media so the writing is grounded in insight and built to perform.
